As a customer, member, or guest of iHostNet - we expect you to follow these Terms Of Service.

  • Fraudulent Content
  • Forgery or Impersonation
  • Any Type Of Spam
  • Unsolicited Content
  • Copyright Infringements
  • Collection of Private Date (Unless DPA Registered)
  • Viruses
  • IRC Networks (Including all IRC Material)
  • Peer to Peer software
  • Any Adult Content
  • Scanners (Any Kind)
  • Long-Term Errors (Index Page)
  • Non-english Content (Unless Approved By Administrator)
  • Data Wearhouse

  • If you are under 13 years of age, you may not become a member of iHostNet! The protection of children's online privacy is very important to The iHostNet Network. For that reason, it is our policy not to collect or maintain information at our web sites from those we actually know are under 13 and no part of our web sites are structured to attract anyone under 13. You are soley responsible for what you do and/or host on here. iHostNet does not guarantee service reliability. iHostNet has the right to suspend, search, and/or terminate your account at anytime for any reason. iHostNet may cut, change, suspend, or discontinue the service at anytime for any reason. Due to the low cost on Paid Plans, No Refunds will be given for any reason at any time. The actions you make on your forums account can also affect your Hosting account. Once your account is approved/created, you must set up your site within 14 days to prevent it from being removed to make space for other users. iHostNet reserves the right to change these Terms Of Service at any time with or without notice.

    As a customer, client, or member of iHostNet service(s), you are required and expected to have a valid e-mail on file at all times in which you could be reached within a 72-hour period on a normal basis. Should your email ever change, you should login to to your Client Area and update the information there. If emails "bounce" or are not allowed from our server, your client account and/or service(s) may be terminated and closed. Clients that have paid hosting accounts with us are expected to make payment(s) upon the due date given on the invoice. Failure to pay and/or contact iHostNet by the expected due date will result in suspension or termination of your account. An account that has been deactivated (or suspended) will be charged an additional 10 percent and/or $5.00 late fee in order to re-activate your hosting account. Additional late fee(s) may be applied after multiple days of leaving a suspended hosting account on the server.

    iHostNet does not make and/or provide backups of your account - you are responsible for making backups of your account if you would like them. Although iHostNet makes security a priority, we make no guarantee on the security of the site and will not be able to retrieve lost material or take any responsibility if an incident occurred specifically on your account or site wide.

    In addition, all Namecheap Terms & Conditions and Policies apply to all sites hosted on the iHostNet Network. However, any existing policies or procedures of iHostNet (listed above) that are similar to a particular policy or condition of Namecheap TOS is overridden by and/or used in combination with the iHostNet TOS.
